        @redenchilada You don't, but it's completely possible to block regular users from using it. (Via Group Policy if I remember rightly, though I haven't truly admin'd anything Windows-y in a good while.)

          @bitshift I know you can keep people from it, but _uninstalling it_ seems unlikely to even be possible.
