@ceruleanspark Pretty much. The only difference is that Ouya runs Android and is made for a controller, and that Steam's Big Picture mode runs on your own PC system. I won't be surprised if we DO get a Steam Box in a few years, though, if this experiment turns out to be succesful.

@ceruleanspark It's a device designed to play games on, why does it not deserve the term console? Lack of CD tray? Android? Something else?
