@widget do you have a list of censored words? I would like it.

@abigpony Here: **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** ****

@abigpony https://github.com/pcdude2143/rainbowdash-network/blob/master/plugins/NoSwear/NoSwearPlugin.php#L14 might be of use if you can make sense of the syntax used there. (Also, @pony, it would seem the filtering of that term is intentional, given the regex that catches it makes an explicit provision for that word.)
-
@bitshift ah okidoke then. ah well
-
@pony Mm. Does seem a little odd though that that's verboten, but "arouse" (and its conjugations) is not, given the parallels: both can be perfectly innocent depending on context, but as generally used, aren't.
-
@bitshift yeah.. I guess as long as there's some way to get the message across it's no biggie. still strange xD
-
@bitshift You can't iagine how much that random german word confused me xD
-
@hakupony Heh. I find it to be much more precise to my intended meaning than its English counterpart, so I tend to use it instead where appropriate. (It's also slightly established as a loan word in English anyway, so it's less odd than dropping, say, entschuldigung into an otherwise English sentence. :P)
-
@bitshift I don' see where it is more precise as forbitten. I don't see an Unterschied at all :P
-
@bitshift there are, like, 3 on there that i do not understand.
