@derpyshy I think it's a combination of sitting in the dark as work in the middle of the night and the fact that I've already used my imagination a lot to get as far as I currently am with my tulpa. xD

@derpyshy I was never satisfied with the guides I read online about tulpas/ae so, after reading them I basically started used my intuition to feel my way through creating my own tulpa, but now she and I can have real guidance! If my dad recommends this book then I trust it.
