Another, slimmer PS3? Why?
Wednesday, 19-Sep-12 15:15:56 UTC from web- derpyshy / chem repeated this.
-
@ceruleanspark Because why the hell not? It's what the gamers clearly want, a long **** generation, right, RIGHHHT?!
-
@cavatina *nods*
-
@cavatina I wasn't exactly begging for the opportunity to be charged £3-400 for a next gen sony machine actually
-
@thatonestocking They already redesigned the PS3 once
-
@thatonestocking But it's gonna have the same huge-**** ghost trap as the slim and the 360, so it's still a pain to house.
-
@thatonestocking That's because the slim PS2 had games
-
@ceruleanspark I know, a better plan: http://ur1.ca/abyi3
-
@ceruleanspark I was being sarcastic.
-
@cavatina If you were being sarcastic then that means you DO want a next gen console....which is exactly what I was commenting against...
-
@ceruleanspark I really do think that PC gaming is about to really take over
-
@shadowdash454 Yeah suddenly people will have both the technical aptitude, finance and drive to build and run gaming PC's, as well as troubleshoot issues with bleeding edge titles.
-
@ceruleanspark Computers are getting Cheaper and cheaper and you don't have to build one and and with windows and steam it's very easy. you hardly have to troubleshoot as much as you used to
-
@shadowdash454 Computers might be getting cheaper, but you ain't running the newest and hottest titles on a $300 netbook.
-
@redenchilada well you cant play Crysis 2 maybe you could very much play Borderlands 2 on a Medium setting
-
@shadowdash454 Not on a netbook, dude. You can't really fun anything that isn't a browser on a netbook.
-
@redenchilada but you don't have to spend 3,000 dollars like people think you have to
-
@redenchilada From my experience, you're not running anything but diagnostics on a computer that price.
-
@shadowdash454 Well, my laptop cost a grand and it's pushing it to play new stuff a year and a half later
-
@shadowdash454 A decent gaming computer is still more expensive than any console on the market and obsolete in half the time.
-
@redenchilada I blame your make/model for that one.
-
@eaglehooves My school has been moving from good functional laptops to cheap crappy netbooks and it baffles me.
-
@eaglehooves Well it's technically more of a media laptop, but still!
-
@redenchilada That's the opposite of us. We've been pushing people towards pro-grade systems.
