Linux noob here who literally just booted Ubuntu for the first time How do I access my Windows files again?

@lovetolerateandsquee It should be D: (Or whatever partition your Windows files are on) > Users > Your name on your Windows install.

@lovetolerateandsquee Did you install it via the live CD, or via the "install from inside Windows" option?

@lovetolerateandsquee Pick the hard drive that seems to you as the right size for your windows hard drive, unless you wiped them all, it should be there

@lovetolerateandsquee Open the file manager and look for a "harddisk" icon, that's your Windows drive.

@lovetolerateandsquee Right click that, "mount". Browse it. If you have a folder called "users" that's your windows drive. Your desktop should be /media/windows/Users/name/Desktop xD or something

@cavatina I think OS/2 Warp used letters to, if I remember correctly.
