    Mom keeps threatening to kick me out of the house now that I'm 18. Why do parents do that then never follow up? So at this point, I can live with my mom and continually be threatened or live with my dad and continually be harassed for being a loser. Which one RDN?

        @doates I have a job and a half and I'm applying for another one. I'll be going to school in spring, too.

          @abigpony Then your mom needs to chill. Also the worst possible thing is that a parent is calling you a loser (yeah that has happened to me, but in most cases it was my fault)

            @doates my mom's not really the one on me to get a job. That's more my dad. My mom just claims I'm a momma's boy who couldn't live without her.
