  1. @waifu Well, if it charges when it's turned off it isn't the connector module. It's probably the driver/firmware being ded and not noticing any sort of connection, and since many modern phones have a software switch to avoid killing battery lifetime if they remain plugged when fully charged, it isn't allowing power to the battery when on.

    1. @waifu The easiest way to fix if it's software would be migrating user data to another phone (can't to computer since it won't connect through usb) and do a factory reset.
      You might be able to find a less invasive fix searching repair forums for that specific model.
