    Ah F***!!!! Got a bill from the government for the tax for buying land. 11k€ down the drain. I knew I had to pay it before I got into thinking about buying a house. It still stings nonetheless. That's about 2800 comic issues!

        @barcom That tax is a one time only thing. But I have to pay further taxes in the future for that plot of land and they are far lower.
