So if you die in a DreamBubble do you die in real life? How does this fight between John and Noir work?
-
@ceruleanspark Pretty much. Dream bubbles seem to become reality if you're in it.

@ceruleanspark The John he's fighting is either already dead or just a dream, either way John is in no danger. If he's a dream then John just wakes up, if he's dead then Jack can't even kill him (as far as we've seen only LE can kill ghosts). Jack is fighting a completely meaningless battle.

@toksyuryel The John he's fighting is the one that just went to sleep in his driveway. His dream indicator was black, either because of the grimdark-blackout that was in effect when those events actually transpired, or because his dreamself is dead/ascended.
-
@ceruleanspark Ah right, forgot about that. So yeah what happens when he dies is that he just wakes up and is perfectly fine.

@toksyuryel What I'm more interested in is whether or not Jack can be killed by a "character" in a dream. No doubt PM can kill him, but can a technically nonexistant dream person do it? I'm torn between "It can't be so easy" and "Logically: Yes"
-
@ceruleanspark I posted earlier that it'd be totally hilarious if Jack manages to actually take some damage from this, given the circumstances.

@toksyuryel Some temporal shenanigans will remove his green-sun powers and take him down from "invulnerable" to merely "Formidable"
-
@ceruleanspark Maybe John can wear him out sufficiently for PM to get in some real hits. They're certainly making enough of a scene that I imagine she'll be checking out what's going on soon.

@toksyuryel I imagine strangling John isn't all that tiring.
