    So in Feeling Pinkie Keen, why did Twilight actually go back and charge the Hydra. it totally costed her more time and it knocked down the pedestals. Seriously, the only reason she did it was to distract the Hydra who was nowhere near them when she claimed to have had to do it.

      @abigpony better question why didn't she just teleport. though i can't remember if that episode was late enough that she had it down well enough

        @chono She had teleportation down pat by episode 3 pretty much, It's popular belief that she couldn't teleport because she was frightened and under alot of pressure and that seems to make sense.

          @abigpony in that case I'd say she was acting on instinct and her fight or flight instinct kicked in. later on she claimed it was the best plan after coming up with some reason that seemed logical to her

            @chono But she had plenty of time to cross. She had less upon distracting the hydra. AJ hopped with pinkie and she could have followed suit.

              @abigpony hm a mother bear instinct then. Sh still felt her friends were in danger and had to make completly sure they were safe.
