So me and Toksy just finished the backlog. I could make another big post saying thanks for the fun so far, but I'll just suffice with this - I started out hating it when I first heard of MLP (in the sense of "Why do so many people watch it? I'm above that"). And I've just finished watching two seasons of it. Funny how that seems to happen a lot.

@noo Let's be perfectly honest, who in his right mind would expect a show named "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" to be anything but very childish if they wouldn't have experienced how it is first-hand? Feeling above it is quite logical, with such a name.

@toksyuryel She's stating that she wants Hasbro and associated staff to cut ties with CG and those who promoted it including practically every other con. To cut ties would be to deny permission of access.

@abigpony Except no. The only thing she's telling Hasbro to cut ties with is CG. Nothing else. This is directed to MULTIPLE PARTIES. Hasbro is not the sole addressee. She is telling the other parties to ALSO cut ties with CG. But she is not in any way telling Hasbro to cut ties with those other parties.

@abigpony I feel like I'm trapped in the middle on the whole thing. Because while the people who keep attacking her are clearly wrong, she manages to respond to them in all of the wrong ways that just make her look bad. She actually told one of them to go "die". It's really hard to defend her even though I want to because of the inane things she keeps doing. It is as though they are simply handing her a shovel and she is digging her own hole with it.

@noo True. If it wouldn't have started with a two-parted, I probably wouldn't have continued watching it. The cliffhanger after episode one makes me think "oh well, may as well find out how it ends".
