        1. @omni I find role-play, video games and hanging with friends relaxing. Though in some cases it depends on the day and what each of the people involved are going through.

          1. @whiterose I just want to be hugged by my owner, a calm place. Doing anything when not fine triggers my fear of disappointing those I care about most and consequently often triggers panic attacks v.v

    2. @omni yeah that does suck, I used to have them bad. I guess I used to take medication for them as well. I think those meds messed me up more than anything giggles psychotically and looks around

      1. @whiterose Ah, medication. The last I used caused more severe panic attacks and a deeper depression, so I rather fight this on my own now...
