        @nlghtmaremoon I work as a Tier 1 data technician for an ISP. I am moving up to Tier 2 and will be taking more difficult and repeat calls from customers.

                @techdisk I didn't know how to handle my anger. I am almost never angry, but this person was like someone out of the 50s. He called his wife stupid and has a lakehouse in MO. And is calling me from europe making demands and ultimatums. WTFOMGRAAAAAAAAAAGE urg! shuddder, beeeeeeeeeeeeeep~!
