        1. @bitshift It depends on where you are. Where I live I have to filter the tap water to make it drinkable.

          1. @toksyuryel I used to live in a small town with water like that. (My dad still does!) The water here's much more tolerable, though.

          2. @toksyuryel @yodelerty Yeah, I guess it does depend on how well it's filtered before reaching you. But ideally (given sufficient spare time) that'd be more a reason to strive for better tap water filtration in your area, than to give up and buy bottled water.
