                  @colfax that does look good, but if you put the bacon in the dough raw and cook the bacon with the cookie, the grease from the bacon makes the cookie soft with bacon fat. Mmmmm bacon fat

                        @colfax there's too much flavour in the fat. Tastes better like this. Like if you ever make your own hamburgers with bacon, toss some raw bacon bits into the beef when you are mixing it all
