    I'm just wondering, was there ever a time at which "Customer Service" departments weren't totally awful? Like, in the 50's or whatever?

      @ceruleanspark There still are. Just find places where the "customer service" doesn't consist of 40+yr old women.

          @ceruleanspark There was actually a take-away place i went to where they had nametags, but the thing was they were all photocopied, but they'd forgotten to change the name, so all of them read out "Hello, my name is Jennifer"
