     @fortecadenza Literally what it says on the tin. In development, and while there's no NPCs or no "Heat" (police levels) it is literally, the entire game world with people running, driving, shooting, flying, grappling around in it. It's in beta testing, and the client is only available when the devs schedule a test period, which means we have seen as many as 1-2K people on one server . With friends it is really quite the experience.

     @neurario Is it an official development or a mod? Because if it's a mod it'll probably be PC only and I don't have JC2 for PC.

     @fortecadenza It's a mod, sorry. :( It IS endorsed by Avalanche Studios, and they will probably do something like it for Just Cause 3, but yeah, this is PC-only, sorry. :c
