      @xrevan86 I used "ls /usr/bin | wc -l", which is of course less reliable than my package manager but I'm not sure how to get Pacman to give me that info (I'm not running a Debian-based distro, so dpkg isn't installed).

      @xrevan86 That seems to group packages together (for example, the complete MATE desktop gets grouped as "mate-desktop-environment" even though they are a lot of programs).
