      @toksyuryel That just seems like an overcomplicated system to do what you need it to. Yes, I realise it probably isn't. No, I've never gotten it to work right in my time with Linux. # Hope you get it working the way you need nonetheless.

        @neurario My problem at this point is a complete inability to find any sort of documentation for this stuff. Lots of people say to do it, but none of them point to documentation that says HOW to do it and google searches don't turn up any. Right now the snd-aloop module isn't even being recognized as a sound card when I load it, and all of the guides I've found assume that it will be and fail to explain what to do if it isn't.
