    2. @neurario I'm running MPD on my PC and MPDroid on my Android to remotely control my music player on my PC. There are surely cooler things, though.

      1. @omni Oh yeah, good point! I only have headphones plugged into this machine though, but not a bad idea at all. I've been trying a server/client called Kainy (http://www.kainy.com/) to try to stream games to my phone, but I've been having trouble getting it to display properly with most games. :/ There's also http://www.unifiedremote.com/ if I ever need a remote for YouTube or VLC or whatever. :p I should take a look at MPD soon I think... Assuming it has a Windows version and a client

        1. @neurario MPD is the server part, and MPDroid is a client. They do have a Windows version, but I've heard it's less stable than the Linux version. I haven't tried it myself, though.

          1. @omni @neurario That post was a mess. MPD also runs on Windows, and there are clients for Windows.
