    Plans? WHAT PLANS!? If I'm working towards careers to entertain youth, why is most of my personal stuff teen targeted so far?

      @retl Yes, you're going to have to create more mature content if you want to appeal to the younger crowd.

        @redenchilada I think what's going to destroy me is that I still remember most of my teen years well. Moreso than any other part of my life. And it sucked. Between moral guardians, the paranoid parents who don't know how to actually *parent*, and marketing directions, it's just AAAAAAAAaa with some AAAAAAAa and AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. And then what am I supposed to tell to them? The best answer I can have is thinking "What would I tell my niece?" And that boils down to "Treat others as you want to be treated. Don't act dumb. Don't be afraid to fail. Work to eat. Be happy now." They are ideas, but how does one convert that into entertainment that teaches without being trash? Clearly, it can be done. Ponies is pretty made of this type of stuff, but friendship lessons. But. HOW!? Why!? Who!? How will this get me paid!? What would I even be doing!? How does one live doing that? I just. I think I just need to go to bed.
