  1. The worst part of learning a language is that, when you've reached the point where you can say something like {.i mi gelki lo su'u mi tavla do kei ku} and feel proud of yourself, other people will be going around talking like {.i lo nu mi jinvi lo jitfa goi ko'a cu cumki .i da'i lo nu ko'a fatci ku mukti lo se zukte mi .i lo smuni be di'u bei mi ku jitfa tu'a mi .i ku'i lo nu mi srera jinvi ku cumki .i lo nu mi pensi ku sarcu lo nu mi jimpe}. It kinda shatters your good feelings about what you have "achieved".

      1. @mushi It's lojban: https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lojban (I don't normally link to "Simple English" Wikipedia, but it shows the meaning much better than the normal one, which is too detailed on the subject)

        1. @omni So do you have a "lojban name"?

          1. @theinsignificant I don't have one (yet). I'm only at lesson 6 of the 28 grammar lessons I need to go through to speak good lojban, and then I'll have to take care of my vocabulary, so I think it's a bit early for me to grab such a nickname, though I think I'll do so sooner or later :P
