I would like to actually see this as a YouTube feature: use something like the Circles in G+ to group people you're subscribed to, and then have the ability to view just that circle's interactions/uploads.

@neurario Mm, this would make G+ seem a lot less like "just another social site with a handful of people I can't reach elsewhere" for me. :)

@bitshift There's that too. They said when they launched G+ (if I recall correctly) that they wanted all of Google to be Google+, and that... hasn't quite happened. There's the share buttons on their sites and stuff, but they still haven't really integrated one of the biggest sources of their community, YouTube, into the mix. They do apparently plan to let you automatically post when you upload a new video, but that's not

@neurario or just, y'know, unsubscribe to people you don't like or subscribe to your circle's youtubes as is already recommended.

@bitshift you can find your circles through shortcuts on the main page on youtube and subscribe to them.

@abigpony Yeah, sounds really practical to subscribe and unsubscribe every time you want to temporarily filter by circle. Not denying that what you're saying works for the long-term case (it does, and anyone wanting that is sorted), but Neu seemed to be talking about having incoming stuff sorted into circles, or filtered by them, or such, which isn't possible currently.

@bitshift i don't have a g+ personally anymore so I don't know for sure, but I har when someone from your G+ uploads something, it's highlighted on the list of subscribers uploads. that's the closest I know. Knowing Google, though, it'll G+tube in a few months anyway.

@abigpony In this case, considering all the potentially onerous parts (the laxer but still occasionally enforced real name policy) are there already, I think that'd actually be a plus (pun intended).

@neurario i'm glad they didn't most things they've integrated with G+ has served next to no purpose besides put the annoying G+ stuff in/on it.
