  1. I wish RDN would work in firefox. It's the only reason I keep an opera instance open.

    1. @kamikaze It works just fine in Firefox o.o

      1. @toksyuryel Non of the buttons work for me, I can work around all that, apart from the rot13 button.

        1. @kamikaze Something is very wrong with your version of firefox then. Perhaps you are using noscript and forgot to enable scripts for the site?

          1. @toksyuryel Nope.

            1. @kamikaze Nope to which part? I can assure you that if the site doesn't work in firefox for you, something is in fact wrong with your version of it.

              1. @toksyuryel Nope, as in no addons to mess with scripts, ads, cookies etc.

                1. @kamikaze What version of firefox is it?

                2. @kamikaze Install Greasemonkey, maybe it's due to lack of script compatibility.

                  1. @nerthos That doesn't make any sense.

                    1. @kamikaze Well, the scripts the whole refresh thing is based of worked on Greasemonkey.

                      1. @nerthos No. There are no greasemonkey scripts anymore. It's part of the site now.

                      2. @nerthos Greasemonkey just links local script into documents. It's got nothing to do with interpreting the scripts.

                    1. @toksyuryel I'm just throwing ideas. I don't know how plus works, and I know nothing of Firefox after 3.6, since that was the last good version.

                      1. @nerthos Greasemonkey scripts are always installed locally. Nothing that is actually part of a website will ever require greasemonkey.

Monday, 10-Dec-12 12:41:09 UTC from web
                  1. @toksyuryel 17.0.1

                    1. @kamikaze That ought to work then. If it doesn't, check that you aren't accidentally turning something vital off in the compile options (since you said you were compiling it).

                      1. @toksyuryel Nothing like it. Maybe some privacy setting is interfering. Does RDN depend on off-site content (scripts, css, etc.)?

Monday, 10-Dec-12 14:22:44 UTC from web
                        1. @kamikaze I only have to allow "rainbowdash.net" in noscript for the site to function, so I would assume no but maybe there's something I am missing.

                        2. @kamikaze Nothing off-site, but some content is delivered through a static subdomain. Try posting the JS-related Web Console dump and maybe that'll give us more info.

          2. @toksyuryel I only patched it to use the correct DPI instead of 96.

    2. @kamikaze It /should/ work on Firefox. The theme itself was made on Firefox.

    3. @kamikaze ...Well, it's definitely failing to load something, but I can't tell what's causing it, myself. @widget might know more about that than I do.

      1. @redenchilada I just went through all my privacy and JavaScript options. Nothing looks like it could interfere.

        1. @kamikaze That's odd. You said you compiled this version yourself? ...Can you try an official build and see if it works there? :x
