I think staring at a textbook for four hours kind of counts as studying. Here's to hoping I don't fail my test!

@redenchilada Good luck
-
@redenchilada The only times I ever failed tests were the times I actually bothered to study.
-
@toksyuryel Yeah, well, not studying in Government really isn't gonna do me a whole lot of good if I barely pay attention in class and am already closer to failing than I'm comfortable being.
-
@redenchilada Yeah if you aren't actually paying attention in class I can see how that would be a concern. Pay attention in class so you can enjoy more of your life outside of class!
-
@toksyuryel But it's so boriiiing.
-
@redenchilada government is all common sense stuff
-
@redenchilada No way, it's *fascinating*!
-
@abigpony It's just all the case names that get me. I keep mixing them up and also doing really bad on the essays.
-
@toksyuryel I hate social studies. *hiss*
-
@abigpony That doesn't sound like any government I know.
-
@redenchilada I loved it. Hated english though.
-
@toksyuryel English is at least still largely learning and applying rules. Social studies is all memorizing arbitrary facts that may or may not correlate to each other, and I'm super bad at doing that.
-
@redenchilada I meant the classes themselves really. I liked the things we learned in English. I did not appreciate the assignments one bit though.
-
@toksyuryel I've got good teachers, at least. Don't get a lot of busywork in AP
