@cabal You could try out Ubuntu or it's derivatives. They're pretty easy to pick up. Hope you didn't lose all your stuff.

@drewdle I've been using Linux for years. It's just that my book wants to teach me examples on the software, which I do not have. I have used ubuntu forever pretty much.
