@redenchilada Well technically it is possible now since now we know that in the classic Sonic platformers,Sonic was slower then Mario and in the 3D games the fastest he was displayed was around 40 MPH

@electroidfire Eh? No. In Riders he (everyone in that game, in fact) ran at over 200MPH, just at what's shown as a jog. The games are obviously not played in real time because if they were, they'd be uncontrollably fast and they'd also be over in two seconds.
