      Womens in tech must be "tech-prepared" and have an ability to ask "is this offencive words you addressing to me?". Otherwise there will be no tolerance at all, especially for brainless womens.

        That is completely wrong. With ~1% participation of women in Open Source, we need to make radical changes to our culture at all levels.
