        I still want to get around to writing a TotW-centered plugin. Stick it in site_notice's section so it stays where it is and put the actual site notice in... the sidebar or something, so that A) important announcements can still be put somewhere B) TotW doesn't have the site notice's restrictive character limit C) rotating out TotWs can be automated to cut down on "this topic has been up for three weeks now" complaints.
