Toothpaste Pony!

Man, I just had the best idea for a userscript. It involves turning RDN into an RPG, where you gain exp for each letter in a dash you post and you can PVP other people and stuff. Brb, making this.

        @nerthos Yeah it happens but it happens all the time with demos too. I played Kirbys mass attack demos and was freaking obssesed i loved it but when I played the game itself... MEEEEH!

        @nerthos Several reasons, sometimes I don't own the game, sometimes I want to know more about it but can't be bothered to play it (example: Zelda 2, I hate playing it but find it fascinating) and sometimes I feel I did a poor job playing through the game and want to see a master at work. At a last resort it's also good background noise

        @nerthos I guess it's just not for you then, but I think a good let's play can be way more interesting than the game itself sometimes. The best let's play ever recorded is ResearchIndicates' Jurassic Park Trespasser, the dude knows the game inside and out but it's so awful to play you'd never want to play it yourself, it's almost like a documentary on the game.

        @scoot I enjoyed it and that was enough for me. I like when there's prizes for taking the time to survey the map in detail. In modern games I just get all the best equipment in five minutes and get bored.
