Time to make GECK work to remove the rad resistance cap.

@nerthos Why would you need to? If you equip rad-resistant armor and hotkey rad-away and RadX you can happily stand in the most irradiated locations in the game. But there's nothing in those places anyway, so aside from taking a screencap of vault 87's closed door with the caption of "Told ya I could do it", there's no real point.

@ceruleanspark It's because that "1rad/s" nonsense annoys me. My character has a base resistance of 12, with the space suit and Ulysses' mask it should be 102%. It doesn't make sense that a character clad in lead power armor gets irradiated by having a foot in dirty water. FO:NV brought back some of FO1's rules with hardcore mode, but that "you can only block so much damage/radiation" mechanic always broke the immersion for me.

@nerthos I think there's actually a "better power armor" mod that gives the armor rad-resistance and a built in rebreather
-
@ceruleanspark I never use power armor. The disvantages far outclass the advantages. The Elite Riot Gear gives me pretty much the same DT as the best sets of power armor, weights less, is classified as medium armor, and gives me a bunch of attribute bonuses. Then for radiation I use the space suit and mask, not worrying about DT because I can just snipe everything or use my massive health pool as a damage sponge while pumping blood sausages and thin red paste.

@nerthos That's the point of the better power armor mod. To make it less "boringly balanced". It actually makes it special and unique
-
@ceruleanspark Ill download it then. Does it affect NPCs' armor too?

@ceruleanspark This is amazing. Thanks for linking me to it. Guess it's time for me to find an executable that works with NVSE.
