      1. @nerthos The 'How are you celebrating?' part is really unnecessary.

        1. @mastertdi Well, it always happens when a politician dies. Apparently you're friendly towards her party. That page was made by either an opposing party or an opposing citizen.

          1. @nerthos I'm not friendly towards her party per se, I couldn't care less about political stuff personally. I just think that mocking someone's death is almost always completely stupid and unfunny.

            1. @mastertdi She has been listed more than once among the worst important people, along with figures like Nixon, so...

              1. @nerthos ...So her death should be mocked? No.

                1. @mastertdi Meh, I've cheered at the death of more than one figure before. For me is basically "treat them in death like you did in life"

                  1. @nerthos Honestly, for me, unless someone's a killer or a rapist or something similarly bad, there's not much good reason to celebrate their death.

                        1. @mastertdi She was on the team that developed the emulsifier used modern soft ice cream,

                          1. @ceruleanspark That's pretty cool. As if I needed another reason to not wish death upon her.

                            1. @mastertdi She also voted against her party by voting to decriminalise homosexuality and abortion. It's just as easy to cherry pick positive facts about a political figure as it is negative ones. It's almost as if reality is complex and ambiguous

                    2. @mastertdi "leaders" usually cause more damage than any petty criminal, so I don't see why they shouldn't be mocked.

                      1. @nerthos Yeah but unless their actual intent was to cause said damage, I honestly wouldn't agree.

                          1. @nerthos Eh, as an underachiever, I like to think that it's the thought that counts.
