@ceruleanspark Is that another bloomin' flywheel?
Wednesday, 17-Apr-13 08:03:33 UTC from web-
@rotation Yeah. It's got one of those "Acceleration Triggers" to separately spin up the flywheels. It's fully automatic.

@ceruleanspark Hmm. I don't like flywheel ones, and this one looks to have a barrel that's slightly too short, so I'll give it a miss. Which means I'll probably buy it after Smyths cut a tenner off it.

@rotation Well, there's the Centurion coming up. Not much is known about it, except that it's a full sized sniper with power-assisted cocking and a range higher than the elites, intended for the adult audience.
-
@ceruleanspark Gonna be at least 60 quid then. have you got any of the disc ones?
Wednesday, 17-Apr-13 08:15:03 UTC from web-
@rotation No, I, I dislike battery blasters in general, but the little double barreled manual one looks nice enough.
-
@ceruleanspark I'm tempted by www.smythstoys.com/nerf-251sc/nerf-vortex-pyragon-124836itm.aspx, but I have no experience of how the discs perform. I don't want to spend £20 on something that is worse than the Strongarm.

@rotation Oh crap they have the Spectre! I've been hunting for one of those on and off forever.
-
@ceruleanspark It seems very similar to the recon. Perhaps that's why I've never noticed it before.

@rotation From what I've heard it's actually a better revolver than the Maverik design ever was, and the barrel extension it comes with is the only one that doesn't handicap range
