@ceruleanspark It'd be a nice change, but there's also the issue of people not knowing what to write. "Who's your favourite pony" gets an assured answer, "tell us about yourself" has potential to encourage users to make a worthwhile post, but also to scare them a bit.

@madflavors Exactly. But we've been having an influx of good users recently. The possibility is on the horizon. We just have to take care of a couple minor issues.

@nerthos goodness no. I wasn't referring to when that site was around. It just felt like a more buzzing social place like a coffee shop back in the day.

@madflavors Oh, right. The main problem right now is that the concept of this site is one of full integration, whilst most people is used to live in bubbles and the fandom is fractured. But that also allows us to get the people who like things the old social way.
