Is it just me, or does there seem to be more decay than usual inside our fandom?

@flamingpandaomg It's there, as it is in any fandom. I'm not saying it's falling apart, though.

@tenebarius well, that's what I meant. Every fandom has some bad seeds, but I don't see it heading towards a downward spiral.

@flamingpandaomg Certainly not, but there have been some rather serious incidences of late that have caused some upset. (Then again, when HASN'T this fandom been upset?)
