  1. I keep needing to refresh to see new messages. Do I need to do something to make them automatically appear? (Messages I send immediately appear.)

    1. @johnatmc by default, you have to refresh to see new messages... There is a userscript called rdnrefresh (i think) that does it for you

      1. @1greg1 I could not get !rdnrefresh to work...at all. And I tried it in both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

                1. @theawesomepony My mic is packed away and I'd have to dig it out, and I don't care enough to do that because it's a cheap piece of junk anyway; I don't like phones, and things that resemble phones, doubly so; and because the inevitable mic spam is highly annoying and serves no useful purpose.

                2. @theawesomepony oh and also, I am very often either watching a video or playing music, and if I want to voice chat, I would have to stop doing that.

          2. @starshine Indeed. Kinda sucks, I mean StatusNet Desktop does do auto refresh, but my slow murdock PC doesn't care much for it, and it crashes a fair bit as well. But when I'm on my PC I still usr it over the web, purley for the working auto refresh (no idea why I couldn't get it work though)

      1. @starshine After looking at http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/101164, I guess it doesn't work on my default browser -- IE-8. :(

        1. @johnatmc So, I'll use it with me secondary browser -- FF-5.

        2. @johnatmc I've never tried it on IE8. And I've heard problems with Firefox 5 lol ~ I don't know why this thing keeps having issues for everyone, there isn't anything that complex in it. q.q
