@yodelerty well, WoW has normal combat, except attacks home in on targets, spells and skills are made hit every time unless the game decides it's a miss. Tera requires you to actually aim, melee requires you to aim in the general direction, you can move at any time, combat's just more fluid in it.

@flamingpandaomg Interesting. The main reason I wouldn't play it is because it's multiplayer and I'm very selective with the multiplayer games I play.

@yodelerty I guess you'd see people very occasionally, but all of the servers have 'channels' that contain their own separate players and mobs, so you can always switch to a deserted channel and not deal with people. I always switch if the area's really swamped.

@yodelerty ... it IS an MMO. But it is one that does have ways to avoid people, unlike others like WoW.

@yodelerty Yeah, it really does. I'd have ended up getting around $700 a week, but I'd be so exhausted I'd never be on here since it'd be 12 hr shifts 6 times a week.. 7pm-7am.

@yodelerty And there's never a group quest that's necessary for continuation in the game. They're all option -- I stand corrected. There are a few times when you're forced to at least step into a dungeon to finish story specific quests.
