@bowandlyre Your logic needs some serious attention. Friendzoning is usually unintentional, done without any harm meant to the person. Intentionally ignoring the person and causing them to think you're upset with them is wrong and a horrible way to get anything done.

@bowandlyre Possibly, but maybe he's not comfortable asking his parents. Maybe he wants to ask semi-anonymously so he doesn't have to worry about embarrassment. You have to consider everything before giving advice to someone that could change an aspect of their life.
