@flamingpandaomg Haii.
Tuesday, 14-May-13 03:52:53 UTC from web-
@minti So, I've been having an extremely hard time trying to find time to play TERA.
Tuesday, 14-May-13 03:53:57 UTC from web-
@flamingpandaomg Hehe, I was wondering about that. XD
Tuesday, 14-May-13 03:54:19 UTC from web-
@minti I have my Fic I've been slowly writing, a friend I play minecraft with a lot, friends that want to play on XBL with me, streams that I have to watch... XD I need to prioritize.
Tuesday, 14-May-13 03:55:43 UTC from web-
@flamingpandaomg If you're worried about not playing with me, it's kay. I kind of exploded my computer anyway so I can't play atm. XD
Tuesday, 14-May-13 03:56:41 UTC from web-
@minti XD What happened?
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:01:28 UTC from web-
@flamingpandaomg Power surge, PSU exploded. xD
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:02:30 UTC from web-
@minti Jesus. xD I just unplug my computer completely during thunderstorms if they're bad enough. I don't trust surge protectors.
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:03:18 UTC from web-
@flamingpandaomg The probem is, it was completely unexpected. Weather was perfect outside, there was literally no reason for it to surge. :/
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:04:10 UTC from web-
@minti O.o that's weird. At least PSUs aren't usually very expensive.
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:04:54 UTC from web-
@flamingpandaomg Yeah, that's why I'm glad is wasn't something else. Still a bummer though. XD
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:05:20 UTC from web-
@minti Of course, but at least it wasn't something like your CPU or graphics card or something like that. :p
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:06:17 UTC from web-
@flamingpandaomg I'd cry. xD
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:06:57 UTC from web-
@minti I would too xD but at least it'd give me a reason to buy a new one, since both of them are sub-par at best, especially my CPU. It's always what drags down my games.

@flamingpandaomg They cost basically the same a CPU or GPU costs here so I don't use one.

@nerthos Wait, are we talking about the computer's power supply? Or a backup incase of power-outage?
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:08:59 UTC from web-
@flamingpandaomg Oh, true, you guys call PSU the supply itself. Here we call PSU those things with a small battery that keeps your computer from dying in case of power surge.
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:11:10 UTC from web-
@nerthos That's what I call PSUs too, but I just assumed Minti meant the supply itself because minti said the computer was messed up. If it was just the PSU itself then there wouldn't be any problems unless the power goes out.
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:12:23 UTC from web-
@flamingpandaomg Yup. Anyway the in-case-of-outage PSUs are too expensive here to be worth it.
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:13:46 UTC from web-
@nerthos They are here too. At least the ones that provide more than a couple minutes worth of protection at least.
Tuesday, 14-May-13 04:14:29 UTC from web-
@flamingpandaomg Five minutes are more than enough for me, since it only has to keep the computer on long enough to save and turn it off. Still, the batteries die in a year or so, so...
