      @redenchilada It was a condition of a court case. They have to show they're "Educating Users" about copyright laws.

          @pony The educational route was taken by UK ISP's too. It falls extremely flat outside the US market, where piracy is literally the only way to consume most content in a timely fashion. When your lesson is "Piracy is wrong...but there's no actual, extant alternatives. Just stop, OK"
