There's actually an entire sub-culture built around the show. Many of those in said sub-culture have taken the message of the show, i.e. love and tolerance, and have applied it to their lives. These people are usually pretty nice and accepting, but there are always a few who go against the grain. You should try watching the show. It's pretty good, and it's family friendly."
