      1. @humbletraveller He's a newborn and doubt that my jerk bag brother in law is going to even let him be exposed to the show at all.

        1. @huggablysoft xD wow. he sounds like a total murdock. dont tell him i said that though. xD

Friday, 21-Jun-13 06:49:38 UTC from Mayonnaise
          1. @humbletraveller He kind of is. Not only is he so overly possessive and protective of the child, he acts like everyone around him is too stupid to know how to handle a baby. (God, I honestly hate him. I don't even know why my sister decided to marry him.)

              1. @humbletraveller To put him bluntly: My brother in law is an big headed ego-maniac

Friday, 21-Jun-13 06:54:02 UTC from web
                1. @huggablysoft wow wow. REALLY sounds like my great-grandpa now! xD so true, its sad.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 06:54:51 UTC from Mayonnaise
            2. @huggablysoft That sounds like every concerned or nervous new father I've ever seen.

              1. @redenchilada Even before my sister got pregnant, he acted this way.

                1. @huggablysoft jerks will be jerks

        2. @huggablysoft no offense to you or you brother, but seriously!

    2. @pegasusjones amen. DJ Pon3 in my case. ;)

    3. @pegasusjones My brother in law constantly makes an effort to deal low blows to me just because I'm single.

      1. @huggablysoft thats terrible!!!

Friday, 21-Jun-13 06:57:20 UTC from Mayonnaise
        1. @humbletraveller @pegasusjones This is the thanks that I get for introducing him to my sister in the first place. I honestly thought that he was going to make an awesome brother in law

Friday, 21-Jun-13 06:57:49 UTC from web
          1. @huggablysoft dont judge a book by its cover is a proverb that comes to mind...

Friday, 21-Jun-13 06:58:31 UTC from Mayonnaise
            1. @humbletraveller Some brother in law. I really wanted a nice older brother since I've never had one before, but all he does is treat me like I'm worthless or stupid.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:00:31 UTC from web
              1. @huggablysoft well that is absolute garbadge. you tell that little prick, a total stranger has enough sense to know better than that. My grandmother is very respectful and religious(in a very good way) but her father treats her like kiwi and hes just like ur brother in law. absolutely purely mean

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:03:35 UTC from Mayonnaise
              2. @huggablysoft Why do you even talk to him then?

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:05:21 UTC from web
                1. @nerthos exactly

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:06:17 UTC from Mayonnaise
                2. @nerthos The rest of my family forces me to. Also because of the fact that I'm doing it for my sister. I could care less about him.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:07:57 UTC from web
                  1. @huggablysoft You could just refuse.

                    1. @nerthos I can't when I'm leaving to go to my next base next month

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:10:26 UTC from web
                      1. @huggablysoft Can't help you then. Sometimes you just have to put your will above that of others.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:11:14 UTC from web
                    2. @nerthos @huggablysoft Stooping to his level and leaving like that is being no better than him.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:11:27 UTC from web
                      1. @huggablysoft @nerthos I have a different sense of pride than what he does.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:12:11 UTC from web
                      2. @huggablysoft I'll never understand that "no better than him" thing.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:13:17 UTC from web
                        1. @nerthos Why stoop to a persons level when you can stand above it? You'll earn more respect that way.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:14:49 UTC from web
                          1. @huggablysoft Standing proud while others behave poorly only is a good idea only when there's no consequences to doing so.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:16:30 UTC from web
                        2. @nerthos look to the episode with Babs Seed she was bullied and then became a bully. she was no better than the fillies that bullied her. the CMC were bullied and so they bullied back, that made them no better than Babs OR the fillies that bullied her..

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:15:19 UTC from Mayonnaise
                          1. @humbletraveller I don't like neither the episode nor the character of Babs Seed. The CMC were acting rightfully when they sabotaged the vehicle.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:17:14 UTC from web
                            1. @nerthos then you have a heart of cold cold stone...

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:18:11 UTC from Mayonnaise
                              1. @humbletraveller Not really. Backstepping at the last moment when you're doing something that is right because you somehow feel guilt is not a good thing to do.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:20:01 UTC from web
                                1. @nerthos oh puh-leeaase!

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:20:57 UTC from Mayonnaise
                    3. @nerthos wow, you must not know anybody. people are trrrible! The guilt you feelwhen you cant make someone you love happy(eg. family). yet, the hate you feel in the othe other direction... it sucks. i hafta deal with this crap from my own family even. makes me wanna cry sometimes...

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:12:38 UTC from Mayonnaise
                      1. @humbletraveller On the contrary. I know a lot of people. But letting others walk over you accomplishes nothing. If someone wants to be my enemy I just either crush them or refuse to interact with them. For example I have an aunt who I refuse to even greet.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:14:59 UTC from web

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:15:57 UTC from Mayonnaise
                        2. @nerthos You're misunderstanding. Not stooping to someones level means that you're standing above them, not being walked all over.

    7. @pegasusjones you said it...

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:00:11 UTC from Mayonnaise
    8. @pegasusjones That's pretty much it. He thinks that just because he's done something or has something that people should just shut up and respect him and his decisions. He never even asked my parents for any child care advice or even any advice on what to do when my sister went into labor. Instead of calling my parents or his parents, he decided to call up his best friend who's never had a child before, what to do.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:03:51 UTC from web
    9. @pegasusjones you say it!!!

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:05:00 UTC from Mayonnaise
    10. @pegasusjones I've actually told him off by saying one thing to him that made him shut up on the spot: "I'm glad to see that you're so quick to insult the one person in your family that has enough courage to serve her country and defend the freedom you have to spew out bullmangoes."

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:07:02 UTC from web
      1. @huggablysoft good for you! wish i couldve been there to see the look on his stupid face! xD

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:08:33 UTC from Mayonnaise
    11. @pegasusjones Exactly. And I thought *I* had pride issues being in the military. I look humble compared to him.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:13:56 UTC from web
    13. @pegasusjones I know the meaning of the phrase. I don't understand the mindset though. An act of harm against a good person is bad. An act of harm against a bad person is good.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:15:51 UTC from web
      1. @nerthos hurting anyone is technically always bad. we want them to become better, not become meaner from continued bullying

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:17:34 UTC from Mayonnaise

      2. @nerthos How did Martin Luther King Jr influence the end of segrigation? Maybe you can understand it in that sense.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:17:51 UTC from web
        1. @huggablysoft That is foreign history. I really don't know much about Martin Luther King since he had no impact whatsoever in the society I live in.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:20:09 UTC from web
              1. @nerthos You fail to realize that if Martin Luther King Jr didn't die for what he believed in that I personally wouldn't even be allowed to be talking to you on the Internet right now. The United States would still be, by law, under racial segrigation.

Friday, 21-Jun-13 07:23:06 UTC from web
                1. @huggablysoft wow, thats deep... and so, so true.

                    3. @huggablysoft I'm not asking you to do. You shouldn't ask me to know about the local history of other places. I know about historical figures from world history and from the local history of the place where I live. I don't know about your country's history the same way you don't know about my country's history.
