      @sprite It doesn't evolve by level. It evolves by having a high enough friendship during the day time.

      @sprite Have it hold a Soothe Bell when it levels and do all the events you can do to raise it's happiness like the massages and stuff. Fastest way to do it.

        @flamingpandaomg It's not that hard. Even without a soothe bell it gains happiness just from walking. It's tedious as hell to raise it that way though.
