I'm wondering if I should I root this tablet now or wait till the warranty expires?

@colfax Oh well if you're happy with the tablet as it is right now, you should wait. If not, go ahead and root it.

@colfax i would wait till the warranty expires since its prone to rare viruses after rooting

@flamingpandaomg Not entirely happy, there's some things on it I can't backup without rooting it and I'd like to remove the apps I don't want or use that came with it.

@colfax I'd go ahead and root it then. It's pretty easy and as far as I know you can just do a full system restore if you want to remove the root and whatnot.

@colfax When I rooted my phone, it didn't wipe anything as far as I was aware. Tablets may be different though.
