@nerthos I'm going in to become animator, just bought 500 sheets of paper and 4 sketchbooks, a whole mess of assorted art supplies and I'm still in need of [i]more[/i] paper, more assorted art supplies and then I need to buy a printer, a new external hard drive costing £129 and a new USB memory stick. Finally when I get to Uni I need to order myself a Laptop on my student discount. Money money money

@nerthos I didn't pick animation to intentionally spend all my money, but I wouldn't pick something else just to save on the expense. I picked it because I love to animate I just wish the Uni would help me out with all these costs, considering they expected me to get all this before I even got there

@therainbowdashx @scoot I should explain. Before they put it on the computer and make it all pretty, they first draw everything out on paper, multiple times. Also part of learning to animate involves learning to DRAW so there's going to be a lot of that on the course, so paper is vital.

@flamingpandaomg Oh it's actually because Statusnet sucks, when I tried to italicize the second 'more', it just put it around the first 'more' again
