@scoot we have a lot of groups for fads
-
@rarity I know we do, is MTG just going to be a fad? I've been playing it for several years
-
@scoot It certainly will be a fad for most of the people that pick it up. As for me, I will try to stick to it and get better, because I know it is something you and Cerulean enjoy a LOT
-
@rarity I've been playing Magic for like 8 years. I'dd probably end up recreating all my decks. Cept I don't fol;low the rules :b
-
@rarity Yeah it's been a long standing hobby of ours and we've poured a fair amount of money into it, there's a lot to explore and learn about, well worth keeping up.
-
@scoot I bet you guys will enjoy some new competitors (once we stop being terrible)
-
@rarity Absolutely. Bear in mind that Cerulean STILL loses to me quite frequently, because I've got a couple of years experience on him and I play regularly with friends whereas he only ever plays it with me
-
@scoot And yet he still destroyed me quite handily
-
@rarity It's all about practice and knowledge of what the best cards are for your deck and when to use those cards. Also MTG just has a large luck element, both times I beat Ross he basically never got anything
-
@rarity Poor Ross
-
@scoot Does that really mean anything though
-
@rarity Yeah, it means he didn't make his deck, Wizards of the Coast did. So it should operate fine-ish
-
@scoot what if they made a bad deck
-
@rarity He was using a deck I bought and beat Cerulean with.
