@critialcloudkicker I don't get a choice. I'm only able to catch the first Pokemon I encounter on each route. If I fail to catch it, I don't get a new one on that route.

@critialcloudkicker A 25% chance of finding an Elekid at the Virbank Complex when I get there, and it evolves into Electabuzz, so it's possible.
