@flamingpandaomg True, but if someone in another country has money for a console, they have money for a cheap TV. They might not have goodwill but they have flea markets and whatnot.

@flamingpandaomg I did read what you said. You meant that I shouldn't assume this, or that because it's rude. But I wasn't assuming anything.

@valandaer7 You knew that he had a console and said that buying a TV wouldn't be a big deal for him. That's literally assuming. You stated that because he had a semi-expensive item, that he could afford anything that's cheaper. I never said it was rude, just that he could have gotten the console as a gift or whatever.

@flamingpandaomg And if he then informed me that it WAS a gift, at that point I would've retracted my statement because under gift circumstances it's no longer applicable, which makes it you who were assuming the full intention of my statement without being inside my head to know what I was actually thinking.
