          @sunflowershimmer you'd very likely only be able to effect change in your own area, and having or at least knowing a child in vt3c's position whose family wants to fight the system would also be important.

              @sunflowershimmer Do you have disability programs in your schools? You might not be able to help vt3c. Even I can't do anything without tons of money and the will to move to where he lives and hire and investigator or something.

                  @sunflowershimmer that's really great to hear. Disability programs are supposed to work well and help normally, but the need for money seems to have twisted vt3c's
